First Post

Here we go, the beginning of a year of exciting adventures.

I'm not really sure how to start off this blog. I guess I should welcome you all and introduce myself.

Welcome. My name is Ben McFeeters. If you don't know me, I'm a pretty normal guy from a little place called Comber in Northern Ireland. I am 22 years old and like to think I am quite enthusiastic about life.

I was a student until a couple of weeks ago when I did my last exam, HAPPY TIMES!! I did 4 years of Computer Science which involves learning languages to talk to computers, not one of my strong points. Managed to bluff my way through it and on June 23rd I will find out if I did the job.

During my final year many hours were spent on Google Maps and looking up China on Wikipedia when I should have been doing my dissertation. Lots of crazy ideas ran through my head during that time and now that I am finished uni it's time to put them into action.

I am not very keen on getting a job straight away so have decided to take a year to have some fun, chill out a bit and do some travelling. Some plans have been made, other are still very loose.

Hopefully somewhere along the line I will stop by a place like this. Let the good times roll...
