Sharp Dressed Man

Back home I have one awesome brown pinstripe suit that I wear to all formal occasions - weddings, funerals, job interviews, barmitzvas and court appearances. While in Vietnam I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get a suit tailored for cheap and so decided to add to my collection.

While we were in a small town named Hoi Ann, a small man named Mr. Xe and his crew of ladies made me a bad-ass new suit.

The whole experience was heaps of fun. I got to choose the colour, fabric and lining for my jacket and the types of collars and cuffs I wanted on my shirts. Then I had to strip off while the team gave me a very thorough measuring. They were all so small that I felt like a giant man.

I picked out some straight up navy fabric and then a few different shirts to go with it. When I came back the next day the finished product just needed a few minor alterations and it was all ready to roll. The jacket is tailored so tight that I need someone to help me into it, but the whole thing looks the absolute business! Thanks Mr. Xe!
